1. Service Definition

Qifeng Hui provides purchasing agency services only. We offer product consultation, manual ordering, goods collection, warehousing, packaging, and international shipping services. The platform does not sell any products. Users acknowledge that this site is a third-party purchasing platform, product ownership belongs to users, and the platform only charges service fees.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be over 18 years old. It is prohibited to use this site for infringement, resale, commercial fraud, or illegal trade. If violated, the platform has the right to permanently freeze the account, clear the balance without refund.

3. Product Purchasing Rules

Users promise that submitted products do not contain counterfeits, replicas, fake goods, infringing brands, or prohibited items. If users conceal product nature causing platform penalties or customs seizure, all losses shall be borne by users, and the platform assumes no joint liability.

Users shall not submit counterfeit, replica, prohibited items. All legal risks caused by illegal goods shall be borne by users.

4. Fee Rules

Platform fees include: product original price, purchasing service fee, special product surcharge, and international shipping. Service fee is fixed at 5%, minimum 14 CNY (2USD). All fees are manually verified, and orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily after confirmation.

5. Refund Rules

Different refund policies apply to the following situations:

• Orders not reviewed or purchased: can be cancelled for free.
• Orders already placed with merchants: no refund supported.
• Recharged balance is valid permanently, no handling fee, only unused balance can be refunded to original source.
• Refusal, abandonment, or rejection of goods for personal reasons will not be refunded.

Purchased orders cannot be refunded. Unused balance can be refunded manually.

6. Customs and Duty Disclaimer

International shipping may involve customs inspection, duties, returns, or detention. Different countries have different policies. Taxes, destruction fees, and return shipping costs shall be borne by users. The platform assumes no responsibility for customs penalties.

Customs duty, detention or return risks are borne by the user.

7. Product Damage and After-sales

Domestic shipping damage, quality defects, color difference, and size issues are handled by the platform assisting with Chinese merchant after-sales, not directly compensating users. Warehouse only conducts simple visual inspection, not professional quality inspection.

We only provide simple visual inspection. Product defects are solved by original Chinese merchant.

8. Platform Rights

This site has the right to modify rates, optimize the website, and maintain servers without prior notice. For malicious orders, malicious refunds, or violations, the platform has the right to freeze accounts and restrict ordering.

The platform reserves the right to modify fees and restrict accounts for violations.
