使用条款

1. 服务定义

柒丰汇为用户提供代购委托服务，本平台仅提供商品咨询、人工下单、代收货物、仓储打包、国际转运服务。平台不售卖任何商品，用户承认：本站为第三方委托采购平台，商品所有权归用户所有，平台仅收取服务费。

Qifeng Hui only provides purchasing agency service. We do not sell any goods. All products are purchased on behalf of users. The platform charges service fees only.

2. 用户准入规则

用户必须年满18周岁，禁止使用本站从事侵权、倒卖、商业造假、违法贸易。若违规，平台有权永久冻结账号、清空余额且不予退款。

Users must be over 18 years old. Illegal transactions are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in account ban without refund.

3. 商品采购规则

用户承诺提交链接商品不含高仿、复刻、假货、侵权品牌、违禁品。若用户隐瞒商品性质导致平台处罚、海关扣押，所有损失由用户自行承担，平台不承担任何连带责任。

Users shall not submit counterfeit, replica, prohibited items. All legal risks caused by illegal goods shall be borne by users.

4. 费用规则

平台收费包含：商品原价、代购服务费、特殊商品附加费、国际运费。服务费固定5%，最低收费14元人民币（2USD）。所有费用人工核实，下单后不可随意取消。

Service fee: 5% (minimum 2USD). All fees are manually confirmed. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily.

5. 退款规则

以下情况适用不同退款政策：

• 未审核、未采购的订单：可免费取消。
• 平台已向商家下单采购：不支持退款。
• 充值余额永久有效，无手续费，仅未使用余额可原路退回。
• 因个人原因拒收、弃件、不要货物，不给予退款。

Purchased orders cannot be refunded. Unused balance can be refunded manually.

6. 海关与关税免责

国际运输可能产生海关查验、关税、退回、扣押。不同国家政策不同，产生的税费、销毁费、退回运费由用户自行承担。平台不承担海关处罚责任。

Customs duty, detention or return risks are borne by the user.

7. 商品破损、售后界定

国内运输破损、质量瑕疵、色差、尺码问题，由平台协助国内商家售后，不直接赔付用户。仓库仅做外观简单验货，不做专业质检。

We only provide simple visual inspection. Product defects are solved by original Chinese merchant.

8. 平台权限

本站有权在不通知前提下修改费率、优化网站、维护服务器。对于恶意刷单、恶意退款、违规用户，平台有权冻结账号、限制下单。

The platform reserves the right to modify fees and restrict accounts for violations.
